What channels does ProspectUp support in a campaign sequence? + −
ProspectUp supports email, SMS, and physical postcards in a single campaign sequence. You can combine any of these channels with configurable delays between steps. A typical sequence might be an email on day 0, a follow-up email on day 5, an SMS on day 8, and a postcard on day 12.
How do I set up a multi-channel campaign? + −
A 4-step campaign wizard guides the setup: define your goal and channels, set your messaging strategy and tone, build the sequence with drag-and-drop step ordering and delay configuration, and select leads from your lists. AI generates personalized copy for every lead at launch. The entire setup takes minutes, not hours.
What campaign goals can I choose? + −
Four goal types are available: book a meeting, drive a website visit, get a phone call, or start a conversation. The goal informs the AI copy engine's tone and CTA strategy when generating personalized messages. You also set a sender name, role, campaign brief, and pain point angle to guide the messaging.
How does ProspectUp compare to Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign sequences? + −
Mailchimp and HubSpot handle email sequences with basic personalization. ProspectUp adds physical postcards and SMS to the same sequence, personalizes every message using 50+ enrichment data points and AI-generated sales hooks, and embeds scan report links and asset URLs automatically. The data and outreach live in one platform, with no CSV exports or CRM syncing.
How is this different from using separate tools for email, SMS, and direct mail? + −
Separate tools mean exporting CSVs, maintaining data across platforms, and losing tracking continuity. ProspectUp runs all three channels from the platform where you found and enriched the leads. AI writes copy using the same data, assets link back to the same tracking system, and reply detection (coming soon) will work across channels to pause the full sequence.
Does the sequence stop if a prospect replies? + −
Reply detection is on our near-term roadmap. When launched, it will auto-pause the sequence for that prospect and send you a notification. For now, you can manually pause sequences for individual prospects from the campaign dashboard.
What if I only want to use one channel? + −
Single-channel campaigns are fully supported. You can run an email-only or SMS-only sequence without adding other channels. The campaign wizard adapts to your channel selection -- if you choose email only, postcard and SMS steps are not shown in the sequence builder.
How many leads can I include in a campaign? + −
You can select leads from one or more existing lists. Batch-built lists support up to 500 leads, and you can add multiple lists to a single campaign. Each lead receives AI-personalized copy, so even a 500-lead campaign has unique messaging per prospect rather than a single template sent to everyone.
How much does running a campaign cost? + −
Email and SMS sending have no per-message fee beyond the $1 per lead credit you already paid for enrichment. Postcards cost $2 each, deducted from your credit balance. There are no campaign setup fees, no per-send charges for email or SMS, and no monthly platform subscription.
Can I schedule when a campaign starts? + −
Yes. Campaigns support immediate launch or a scheduled start date. For email and SMS steps, configurable day offsets control when each follow-up fires relative to the campaign start. The grind queue shows pending steps due each day so you can manage daily sending volume.
Can I reorder or modify steps after creating the sequence? + −
Yes. The visual sequence builder supports drag-and-drop reordering of steps. You can adjust delays between steps, add new steps, or remove existing ones. Campaigns auto-save at each wizard step, and you can resume drafts at any point via the campaign list.
How do I track campaign performance? + −
The campaign detail view shows generated email subjects, bodies, and SMS messages per lead alongside enrichment signals like owner name, phone type, and Maps rank. The dashboard surfaces 7-day rolling metrics with week-over-week deltas for emails sent, opens, and clicks. Asset view tracking shows which prospects engaged with scan reports or other linked assets.
