Every postcard is personalized, addressed, stamped, and mailed automatically — from the same lead record as your email. A QR code deep-links back to the prospect's scan report. You track opens physically, just like email.

Ray — I'd like your BBQ joint on page one of Google.

You're currently ranked #9 in Phoenix for "BBQ." Three of your competitors are ahead — and I know exactly why.

Scan this code I built you a 5-minute growth scan.

Dear Ray,

I drive past Tumbleweed every Friday on my way home. Smelled brisket yesterday. Made me look you up.

Scan the QR — I put together a quick growth snapshot. No charge, no obligation.

Why direct mail

The one channel your competition isn't flooding.

Local owners get 300 cold emails a week. They get two pieces of mail. A personalized postcard with their name and a QR code to a scan report is the rarest thing in the funnel: memorable.

Email-only outreach

1–2% reply rate

  • × 15–25% open rate at best
  • × Sits below 200 other emails
  • × Spam filters & Gmail Promotions
  • × Forgotten within 3 minutes
  • × Feels mass-produced
Email + postcard sequence

7–11% reply rate

  • Postcard read rate: 48%+
  • Reaches owners who never check email
  • QR scan rate: 9–14%
  • Sticks on the desk for weeks
  • Feels thoughtful & local
How it works

One click to the mailbox.

01 · SELECT

Pick a list

Any saved list, lead status, or campaign slice. Filter out anyone who replied, booked, or unsubscribed.

02 · PERSONALIZE

Hook + QR per lead

Each card pulls the top sales hook for that lead. QR deep-links to their personal scan report URL — tracked.

03 · APPROVE

Review every card

Spot-check the merge tags. Swap the hook. Fix an address. Send the batch or stage it for a teammate.

04 · PRINT

USPS-certified printers

We print on 14-pt glossy cover, cut, address, and drop at USPS bulk entry. 7–10 business days to mailbox.

05 · TRACK

Delivered & scanned events

IMB tracking fires a "delivered" event to the lead. QR scans fire "scanned + scan_report_opened" — your CRM sees it.

06 · FOLLOW UP

Triggers next touch

Scanned within 24h → auto-queue a follow-up email. Not scanned in 5 days → rep gets a call task.

Live status

Every card tracked from press to mailbox.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How do physical postcards work in ProspectUp? +
ProspectUp designs, personalizes, and mails physical postcards to your prospects. AI generates copy personalized to each business's specific gaps and sales hooks. Each postcard includes a QR code linking to the prospect's scan report. You approve the batch in the approval queue, and ProspectUp handles printing, addressing, stamping, and mailing via USPS.
What sizes are available? +
Three postcard sizes are available: 4x6, 6x9, and 6x11. All sizes support front and back customization with the template editor. The cost is $2 per postcard regardless of size, covering printing, addressing, and USPS mailing. Larger formats give you more space for personalized copy and a prominent QR code.
How does the QR code work? +
Each postcard's QR code links to the prospect's personalized scan report or a custom URL you specify. When the prospect scans it, they see their business's letter grades across eight dimensions -- Maps, Website, GBP, Reputation, and more. ProspectUp tracks every scan, so you know exactly which prospects engaged with the physical mailer.
How do postcards compare to email-only outreach? +
Physical mail bypasses spam filters, inbox overload, and ad blockers. ProspectUp postcards average a 9.2% QR scan rate, meaning nearly 1 in 10 recipients scans the code and views their scan report. The physical-to-digital bridge creates a measurable touchpoint that email alone cannot replicate, especially for prospects who ignore cold emails.
How is this different from using a direct mail service like PostcardMania? +
Standalone direct mail services require you to bring your own data and design. ProspectUp generates the prospect list, enriches it with 50+ data points, writes AI-personalized copy using each business's specific gaps, prints a QR code linking to their scan report, and tracks engagement -- all from the same platform. No CSV exports or third-party design tools needed.
How is the postcard copy generated? +
Claude AI writes personalized eyebrow text, headline, body copy, and CTA for each postcard using the prospect's sales hooks and enrichment data. Two businesses in the same batch receive different copy based on their individual ratings, review patterns, website quality, and competitive gaps. Templates are fully customizable with a front/back HTML editor.
What if a mailing address is wrong? +
Addresses come from the Google Business Profile data collected during enrichment. If an address is incorrect, you can report bad data from the lead detail page. The approval queue shows each postcard's mailing address before sending, giving you a chance to catch errors. Postcards are not mailed until you explicitly approve them.
How long does delivery take? +
After approval, postcards enter the USPS mailstream with a typical delivery window of 4-7 business days. Printing and handoff happen within 1-2 business days of approval. ProspectUp tracks the status through the production pipeline so you know when cards have been printed, mailed, and are in transit.
How much do postcards cost? +
Each postcard costs $2, deducted from your credit balance. That covers printing, addressing, stamping, and USPS mailing. A 500-postcard campaign costs $1,000. There are no setup fees, minimum orders, or per-design charges. The cost is separate from the $1 per lead credit used for enrichment.
Is there a minimum order size? +
No. You can approve and send a single postcard or a batch of 500. The approval queue lets you approve or reject individual cards, so you have full control over which postcards mail and which do not. This flexibility lets you test with a small batch before scaling up.
Can I customize the postcard template? +
Yes. The template system includes seed templates you can duplicate and customize. Front and back HTML are fully editable. You can use merge tags to insert prospect-specific data like business name, rating, and key gaps. The template editor supports the same variable library available across all ProspectUp assets.
Can postcards be part of a multi-channel sequence? +
Yes. The campaign wizard supports postcard steps alongside email and SMS in a single sequence. A typical pattern is email on day 1, follow-up email on day 4, and postcard on day 7. Configurable delays between steps let you orchestrate the timing. Postcards go through the approval queue before mailing.
