Is there really no monthly fee?
No monthly fee on the Solo plan. You pay per lead ($1) and per asset ($2 for a branded audit). If you don't prospect that week, you don't pay.
Can I work multiple territories?
Yes. Save any number of territories. Switch between them from the home screen. Route planning and filters are per-territory.
Is my data private if I share with a manager?
If you're on a Solo plan, nobody sees your pipeline. If you're invited to a team workspace, managers see what you share — that's their call to make, usually spelled out in your rep agreement.
What happens if a lead is bad?
Tap "bad lead" — wrong phone, closed business, duplicate. We credit it and re-enrich at no cost. Our QA team investigates if the pattern repeats.
Can I export to my own CRM?
Yes — HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, Salesforce native. Everything else via CSV or Zapier webhook. Push happens on voice-note submit so your CRM is never out of date.
