How are territories defined and enforced?
Managers draw polygons on a web map, assign one or more reps, and set visibility rules. Reps only see their assigned territories. Leads auto-route on creation.
Does it integrate with our existing CRM?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, GoHighLevel — native two-way sync. Other CRMs via Zapier or REST API.
How much data does the app use in the field?
Typically 30–60 MB per rep per day, with aggressive caching. Voice notes upload on Wi-Fi by default; configurable per org.
Can reps print scan reports to hand out?
Yes. Every prospect has a one-click printable PDF of their scan report, branded with your company's logo and contact. Many teams print a stack the night before.
How does GPS / check-in verification work?
Check-ins capture GPS coordinates at the moment of tap. Configurable radius verification (e.g. within 100m of the prospect's pin) is available for teams with activity-based comp plans.
What does rep onboarding look like?
15 minutes. Reps log in, confirm their territory, and the day is routed. A manager-led kickoff takes ~45 minutes.
Is there a minimum team size?
No minimum. Solo reps run on the same platform as 200-rep teams. Manager tools unlock at 3+ seats.
